This system is also safer than training with free weights because the weights are never suspended over your body . The Club Gym features 13 strength training exercises for a total body workout. There are dual action press arms with independent motion allowing for chest press and vertical butterfly exercises. Target your core while performing Ab crunches with the high pulley as well as targeting the lats/triceps with lat pull down bar. The press arms are padded for comfort while performing chest and pec fly exercises. The chest press has 2 hand positions to isolate different muscle groups. Work you lower body with the leg developer that has 4 foam rollers for added comfort. The preacher curl bicep pad is removeable and adjustable to make isolated bicep exercises possible.
